Sorting data in Responses Forms with Inserted columns.

I inserted columns to the Responses Form that downloads as an excel worksheet because I need to add internal data that is not on the questionnaire form, When I try to sort the columns, it will either sort the added columns or the original columns but will not combine them to sort. How can I sort the whole Responses spreadsheet with inserted columns without having to add questions to the original Form?

    Hi Claudia

    Try using Power Query

    1. Upload the Responses Form Table with the added columns to the Power Query editor
    2. Once in the Power Query editor, sort your data accordingly
    3. Experot the resulting table back to Excel

    Job Done!!!!
