Hi everyone,

How can I adjust the position of the green lines to be more centered within the boxes?

Thanks

    Yes, it's SmartArt.

I've located the Convert option, which allows me to choose between "Converting to shapes" or "Converting to text". However, I'm unable to find any options related to changing existing connectors. I just want the placement in the middle, and not to the side.

I've tried to read a little bit here. But I didn't find the info I was looking for.

Did you create your org chart with SmartArt? If so, you can choose SmartArt Design>Convert>Convert to Shapes. Then you can rearrange the shapes and connectors as you prefer.

If you used some other method to create your org chart, please post your method and we'll try to offer further help.
