Thank you.1-Please Make sure you have the same time zone in your outlook desktop and in your outlook on the web (when you are using the shared mailbox check the time zone on web) 2-Please can you shared with us your finding details as screenshot or picture with us. It will help us to understand how you made a comparison between the shared mailbox receiving time email on web and desktop.
