Adding a automatic date field to a regular Fortnightly meeting in Powerpoint

Every fortnight we have a meeting and we use the same Powerpoint slides that are edited.

Every fortnight I have to go into the slides and change the date. I also have to post a reminder to Teams to remind people to update them.

Is there a way of setting up the date function so that when the slides are presented it will show the date the slides are presented (just in case they change the date of the meeting).

Thank you for your help.

    Hi Dharma Devi,

There is a built-in function to add a automatic Date/Time in slide footer (Add page numbers, date and time, or footer text to all slides in PowerPoint for Mac - Microsoft Support). You may check if this is good to use on your slides.

    Regards,

    Ryan
