    Hello Rashi,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

From your description, it seems you have some issues with using Office products in Windows. To help with your issue more accurately, we still need to gather more information. Could you please describe in detail the problem you are facing? We recommend you upload a screenshot of the error, or share an error code with us.

You can visit the Service & Subscriptions page to confirm the devices currently connected with your subscription. Below your subscription, you can remove the device not used for now. Remember if you are using a Personal Microsoft 365 subscription, you can connect up to 5 different devices (including mobile phones/tablets) with it at the same time.

And in any Office app, you can navigate to "Files" - "Account" to check the accounts currently signed in. If the currently signed account does not have a subscription, you may meet an error message when trying to use Office.

Kindly please share your results with us. Hope to see your reply soon.

    Best Regards,

William.Y | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
