Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Mariette Payne (ZA),
Good day.
Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.
To apply conditional formatting to only one calendar in Outlook, you can try the following steps:
- Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
- Right-click on the calendar you want to apply conditional formatting to and select “View Settings.”
- Click on “Conditional Formatting.”
- Click “Add” to create a new rule.
- Name your rule and choose a color.
- Click “Condition” and set up the criteria for your rule.
- Make sure to apply the current view only to the shared mailbox in the “Change View” section.
- In the “Change View,” select “Save view to this folder, visible to everyone.”
This should allow you to have different conditional formatting rules for each calendar. If the colors are still applying to all calendars, ensure that the view settings are saved specifically for the calendar you want to format.
We are looking forward to your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards
