How can I use Combo Box in PowerPoint?

I can create a combo box, but not sure on coding, as well as colur coding each option.

    If you do an internet search on PowerPoint VBA ActiveX dropdown, you'll get many pages.

    ActiveX dropdowns cannot be color-coded, all items in the list are the same color.
