Creating an Order Form with Drop-Down Menus which will fill based on selections

Trying to create an order form - the form itself has three drop down menus, from which data should be populated in the form itself. I have a full data table with a 'helper' column I've created, but can't seem to even figure out the right function to use (VLOOKUP? INDEX? others?) The "menu" area needs to populate based upon what is selected for Cycle/Day/Meal, each of which is a data validated drop-down.

    You can use what are termed 'dependent dropdowns'
