i save the excel file to one drive and I have years worth of embedded files saved to it. (usually 1 or 2 pages each) One day they stopped working when I tried to open on my desktop. I was told it was no longer available with the free version of Acrobat so I uograded to the pay version. Still no luck. However, I tried to open it on my laptop, and the files opened no problem. I have had my IT guy check it out and he is having no luck. He did delete the file from my desktop and reopened a fresh version since it work on my laptop and he did many other things. He thinks at this point we may need to reinstall windows. Please provide input as I need to acces these PDF doc (which are no longer saved on my desktop).

The error message I receive is this: "There was an error processing this page. Operatio or data to complex"
