I need to give access to a loop workspace (or a page with their subpages) in view mode for a set of users or to all my organization. I don't want to have to share seperately the pages of my workspace.

Thank you for your advice

    Thank you for this clarification.

I also need to be able to provide access to a Workspace to many people without providing them with Write access.

Although your suggestion is a workaround, it is not a good use of time. I have a workspace with many pages and sub-pages that I cannot leave open to edits but need at least 20 people to have read access. Editing every page within the workspace is not a good use of time.

Do you plan to add the access options to the workspace level?

    Much thanks, Mary Beth

    Hello Beaupré Jean-Michel,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.   Based on your description, I understand that you seem to want to know how to give members of your organisation access to the entire workspace in read-only mode, instead of sharing links to all pages. I understand your query, so let's work together to solve this issue.Firstly, I would like to get some details with you in order to help you better:May I ask if the account you are currently using is a personal account or a business account? Based on the information you shared, it seems to be a corporate account, if so, we will share your issue with our professional corporate account support staff to better help you solve the problem. Also, I found some user threads that seem to have the same issue as you and found them helpful, you can refer to the replies for action:How do you manage permissions on Loop Workspaces? - Microsoft CommunityIs it possible to share a Loop page, but only give permission to view - Microsoft CommunityWe look forward to your further reply, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with further assistance.Thank you for your understanding and support.
