I've got an additional question. I've created a Sway template for internal business communication. How can I safe the template centrally so colleagues can use and find it even if I leave the company?

    Dear Jesse Ling1,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I understand that you would like to transfer a Sway newsletter from one Microsoft 365 account to another Microsoft 365 account. However, since it is in web page format, the process is a bit unique. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    Kindly follow the below steps:

    1. Open the Sway you want to transfer and copy its URL under Share
    2. Log in to the Microsoft 365 account where you want to transfer the Sway.
    3. Paste the URL into the browser while signed in to the destination account. Once the Sway opens, click on the  menu (More options) and select Duplicate this Sway.

This will create a copy of the Sway in the new account. The URL will change, but all the content will be transferred.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
