Powerpoint Forms Insert

I dont have an insert form option for Powerpoint. it says that my administrator might have disabled it, but this is my personal computer. I have microsoft 365 linked to my personal information. so how do I enable forms if I dont have an admistrator? I made sure that I have the latest version as well.

Can someone please help.

    Based on your description, you seem to be experiencing a problem with inserting form options in PowerPoint failing. Please correct me if I have misunderstood. As users of Microsoft products and forum support staff, we fully understand the difficulties you are currently experiencing and will do our best to help you.

    In order to be able to investigate the problem further, I kindly invite you to confirm the following information with me:

    1. Whether the account you are currently logged into PowerPoint is a personal account, and whether you are subscribed to Microsoft 365 products under your personal account, you can check your subscribed products by logging into the Microsoft account website under Services & Subscriptions.
    2. whether you can make sure your add-in is enabled.

        Step 1: Open PowerPoint. click on the File menu and then select Options.

        Step 2: In the PowerPoint Options window, select Add-ins.

        Step 3: Select “COM Add-ins” in the “Manage” drop-down menu, and then click “Go”.

         Step 4: Make sure the “Microsoft Forms for Excel” option is checked. If not, check it and click OK.

    1. Can you try logging into the web version of PowerPointand check if the functionality is available:

           Step 1: Open your browser and visit PowerPoint Online. 2.

           Step 2: Sign in to your Microsoft account.

           Step 3: Create or open a PowerPoint file and try to insert a form.
