Lost access to Two-Factor Authentication as admin of Office 365 Business Premium Account

My phone got replaced and I could not get Authenticator set up on my new phone. I can no longer access my business account. I'm the only admin on the account and now I have no way to log in. How can I get back into my account?

The only two choices it gives me are using Authenticator, but I can't use Authenticator.

    Hi,

    you have to contact Microsoft support team using phone option Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn, you have to briefly explain your issue to phone support team and request them to transfer your case to Data protection team. Only they can resolve your issue. You have to keep patience for this process.
