Can’t access One Note

I had so much information for my studies in One Note and now I can’t access anything! Not on my phone or computer. It’s giving me the same message it does when my internet is down, but it’s not and I’m freaking out.

    As per your description, it seems that you are having issue accessing OneNote. For the situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

    The issue you reported seems to be related to the on-going Service Incident. This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident MO821132- Users may be unable to access various Microsoft 365 apps and services
     starting at July 19, 2023, at 7:13 AM CST
    User Impact: Users may be unable to access various Microsoft 365 apps and services

    Current status: We’re continuing to notice service health improvements and users will gradually see relief as our efforts progress. Concurrently, we're still developing a fix to address the underlying issue of this incident. We appreciate your organization's patience and understanding while we resolve this event.

    Scope of impact: This issue is impacting various Microsoft 365 apps and services of users.

    Therefore, we sincerely recommend you try to contact your Microsoft 365 administrator, confirm if he can see the service incident MO821132 from Service Health Dashboard.

    If yes, we'd recommend you let your administrator monitor Service Health Dashboard to get updates of the service incident.

    For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?

    If you don't see the service incident from Service Health Dashboard, this issue may need to be checked/ investigated from back-end side to find the root cause.

    Please let your Microsoft 365 administrator raise a support ticket by following steps in this article. The support team has higher permission to remotely assist you and collect logs when error appears, they will help you investigate the situation further to find root cause and solutions. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.
