Missed my azure fundamental AZ-900 exam

I just missed my azure exam on 26-Aug-2021 due to some personal reason. I tried to reschedule my appointment but it still says “We’re sorry but you missed your check-in window making this exam unavailable for delivery”. How do I clear my previous exam and reschedule for the next one? appreciate your help on this matter.
