I've been using OneDrive for a long time, but recently, I've encountered a sharing problem. I shared a file with someone, but they could access it via the web; however, they couldn't download it, and they also couldn't connect to the Windows File Manager, which means they couldn't use the sync function. Do I need to change to a different cloud service platform

    Hi,

I am having the same issue with shared folder, suddenly disappeared on the local of the PCs that used to have the folder on the location.

Now the only work around is to access via web browser, I have checked all permissions and shortcuts, all are correct.

    Please help and advice.

    Hello!

I am having the same issue. I can access my OneDrive files on Google Chrome, but not on the OneDrive App. I previously had access to my shared OneDrive files through my Quick Access bar on Windows, but I no longer do. Has there been any fix for this situation?

    Thank you,

    Dana

I do understand the inconvenience this issue is causing you.

If you you can access it properly, then rest assured that the synchronization feature should be working as well.
