Someone named Alex Mayhem purchased multiple gift cards through my account and put themselves on my account as a family member. Not a valid user. Please contact me asap.

I just had the same thing happen. I was able to remove him in my family safety settings. I got an email saying he accepted my invite but I've never sent any.

I was just charged from my own account!

Remove him by signing into your Microsoft account then pressing the 9 dots on the top left corner. Family safety should be within the selection, once pressed on move down until you see the user Alex and remove. Make sure to remove any payment options that you have including PayPal as well, there will be multiple attempted charges of $25 credit through the Microsoft store!
