Hello my microsoft office is not working I dont know why I am paying each month but it wont restore or anything. Maybe I missed some update but I need to use it and it is no longer active it is microsoft office. If I need to update to 365 how much is that I am paying 7.43 per month

    Which Microsoft 365 subscription do you have?

    Go to the Manage Subscription page (https://account.microsoft.com/services) and confirm that you have an active subscription in your account.
