I've created a MST forms and want anyone to be able to respond outside of my org. The settings are all set to 'anyone can respond' and do not state only within the organisation yet, it is still requesting a log in to a MST account when I send to my personal account. Any suggestions?

    Dear respected Cathy Back,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I’m sorry you’re having a problem but based on your description we can work together to resolve it.

For the situation you encountered, we deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

As per your description, in Microsoft Form if select “Anyone can respond”, anyone should response it without logging in, and I test on my side, this works normally. It seems that you get issue that anyone link still asks for login. I would suggest you **** closed and opened the form again. Changed the settings once more(select other option, and then change it back to Anyone can respond) and open the link in Private window and check the result.

Also, may I know are you using Microsoft Form template? if you create a new Microsoft form (for test purpose) does the same behavior occur as well. Also, could you please confirm does another user also meet the same behaviour as well? it will be hep for us to Narrow down your problem.

Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I'm sorry and I apologize for that.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
