VUE PEARSON Cant access my profile for tests

Question

Hi! I try to do a test for Azure fundamentals.

All I get in my edge/explorer browser is a error message,

Pearson VUE can't access your certification profile.

Try clear cookies, use edge/explorer browser and or use in private mode in edge.

I have tried all these tips and still get this error.

So, what to do?
