In Microsoft forms, can you create a table similar to a Likert scale but allow mutiple selection across each row?

I would like to have the ability for the end user to pick 1-5 items in each row.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Other

In this case, I recommend you vote for the following suggestion in our Microsoft Feedback Portal where other members also post and vote for their suggestions. It's the platform for us to hear your voice and improve our product.

    Allow multiple answers in the likert
