    Hi elwood kho,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

Based on the error message, I suppose you are experiencing a login issue in the OneDrive app. If not, please point it out and let us know.

If so, first of all, I would like to know if you can use the OneDrive service in OneDrive for Web.

Please go to OneDrive for Web (go to www.office.com, sign into your business account, and click the OneDrive icon in the left sidebar). After that, please try to upload, download, or edit files in the browser.

If you don't see the OneDrive icon or can't upload, download, or edit OneDrive files, please point it out and let us know.

If you can use OneDrive for Web, the problem can be caused by different reasons, such as your local environment or your tenant admin's settings/policies. Therefore, I suggest you try all the following steps and then check again. This can help us to troubleshoot whether the problem is caused by your local environment.

    1. Please sign out your accounts from Office applications, then close all Office applications (including quitting the OneDrive app from the taskbar).
    2. Open File Explorer, paste, and go to the following path. If you can go to the following path, please delete all files and folders in these locations.

        %localappdata%\Package\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy

        %localappdata%/Microsoft/OneAuth

        %localappdata%/Microsoft/IdentityCache

    1. In the Windows search bar, search for "Access Work or School" (Windows settings> Accounts> Access work or school). Check if you can see your business account in "Access Work or School".
    • If you don't see it, please select Connect and add your business account.
    • If you can see it, please select it and select Disconnect. After that, please click "Connect" and log into your account again to register the device.
    1. Reboot your device, run OneDrive, sign into your account, and check again.

If the problem still occurs after trying the steps above, please post back and let us know. We will keep on assisting you. Also, please provide a full screenshot including the error message. You can click "Insert Image" to upload it.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
