Application authentication doesn't work for me

I have register my application to the azure App Registration service, to Authenticate API request from my FE app to my BE app.
according to this tutorial
these are the screenshots of the BE configuration:

and these are the screenshots for the FE configuration:

for some reason it doesn't matters how I run it (Postman, Code) it gives me 401.
can someone please assist me?

Can you please provide appsettings (Redact your secrets or any other senstive info) of your console application ? Are you setting ResourceId correctly. Also, please provide your .net code accessing the web api to further validate this.
I have used your shared link and it worked as expected.
