I had this pop-up window when I called the macro in excel using vbs, and I chose "yes", causing a comaddins to be soft-disabled and not automatically loaded with excel startup.
I modified the LoadBehavior value of 3 under Registry Computer HKEY_CURRENT_USER,SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Office/Excel/Addins/SecureCBDdin.Connect, but when I double-clicked the Excel icon to open Excel, the plug-in still couldn't load properly, and even Excel couldn't open it. Excel can only be opened if LoadBehavior is 2.
what shall I do to make the com-addins load with excel and run properly?

    Which version of Office are you using now?
    Did Office intall any updates before this issue occurred?

    Please go to Excel, click File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Add-ins, please ensure you do not ticke any options.
    Then locate to Trusted Locations > make sure the root directory of "SecureCBDdin.Connect" is added as a trusted location.

    If there is any launcher program related to "SecureCBDdin.Connect", you may also try to run it after you open Excel.
