MS Forms - email notification format issue

MS Forms - my email notification of a submission has changed. The email used to include all the questions and replies for the ONE submission just received. Example:

question 1 here

answer here

question 2 here

answer here

Etc

Now it just includes a link to the form where all the answers EVER are collated. How can i revert to the former?

Thanks :)

    Hi! Joscelyn Stokes,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community! I realize that you want to know how to change the email format of the Microsoft Forms collection response back to the previous format and I understand how you feel. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to change the way the emails look to the earlier style you mentioned. After my testing, I found that currently we are only able to change the description of the characters displayed in the email and the choice of whether or not to embed the cover.
