Virtual Machine - Windows Server - Remote Connection

Hello -

I just setup an Virtual Machine ( West India ) running Windows Server 2019. I understand for 2 simultaneous Remote Desktop Connection - there is no need of CAL. We are okay to purchase 10 CAL so that we can have 10 users running Remote Desktop simultaneously. I do not find any option to buy this CAL... can somebody please guide me ?

Also we have one Windows Server OEM 2019 license and 5 CAL license purchased in Singapore. Can I use the same on Azure Virtual Machine ?

    This license allows you to install only one instance of the software for use on one device, whether that device is physical or virtual. If you want to use the software on more than one virtual device, you must obtain a separate license for each instance."
