    Hi jwatson npaslc.com,

I'm really sorry about everything. However, our Forum team does not handle unique identifies for security purposes. I was hoping for the below information:

    1. Full name of your subscription i.e Microsoft 365 Business standard. You can look for the purchase confirmation email for your Microsoft 365 subsription. It should have the details.
    2. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center (use Administrator login details). Navigate to the billing products and services (or subscriptions) page. Check which account is assigned the 365 subscription.

If you are an end user, you can also check your Office license by signing in with their Microsoft account and going to this link https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=MeControl#subscriptions.  However, since we are not sure which account is associated to the license, you can try to check the Microsoft accounts you think are associated to the license.

If the above suggestions do not apply to your situation, I recommend you get support by following steps from this link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn If you are not an admin, you can contact your admin to contact Microsoft support. You can look for the way to find your admin through this link: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support The support team has higher permission which allows them to directly check your account using your unique identifier, of course after security verification which sometimes takes time.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

Sincerely, Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator

That's what I thought, too! Unfortunately, when i try and access Excel or Word, they are not there and neither are all my files! My unique identifier and license is: ###############. I hope you can help. I've been trying to get an answer all day. Very frustrating.

    Thanks

    Hi jwatson npaslc.com,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I understand that you want to transfer your 365 subscriptions. However, normally Microsoft 365 subscriptions are not assigned per computer. You should be able to access and utilize your license on any computer by just signing in on your new computer.

For me to understand the exact scenario and better help you, I'd like to know the specific license you have.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

Sincerely, Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
