    Hello, Jonard Subijano

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

In the Philippines, the Value-Added Tax (VAT) for Microsoft 365 subscription is 12%. This tax is included in the subscription price.

Please note that the tax you pay is determined by your business address, or your shipping address, if it’s different. If you have any concerns, I would recommend checking with your local tax advisors or contacting Microsoft support for more detailed information.
