Shape search does not work

Using Visio Pro 365. When I search for a shapes it returns online results, but no local results. I have test by searching for shapes that I know are available, but no local results.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the shape search feature. May I know if you are using the Viso subscription version(Plan2) or the Visio standalone version like Visio Professional 2021?
