Resend Teams Webinar Join link and auto-email through Flow / Power Automate

Hey Folks,
Starting to use the Teams Webinar functionality and it's going kind of smoothly. However there's a couple of little hurdles I wonder if anyone can help with:

1 - Once people fill in the registration form, they get a Teams-branded/non-tenant confirmation email / join link and an ICS file for their calendar. We've had a couple of instances where, because this confirmation email is not from us, they cannot find the join link and haven't added it to their calendar. Is there any way we can send them their link to join ? (NOT the registration link, they are already registered)

2 - Am trying to get an automation happening between the webinar sign-ups and Campaign Monitor through Zapier but currently I can't seem to pass the data to CM.
I've gotten as far as a Power Automate sending me an email as soon as an item (registration) is added to the sharepoint doc which holds the registration info. THAT was a wrangle in itself ! That email sends me all the suer sign up info. Essentially, I'd like to add the 'join event' link to a personalised welcome email form our campaign Monitor system too.

Thanks for the thoughts !
J

    Hello @JerryMeister ,

Actually I just find that the Join Link seems to be a little different for every registed users:

I replaced some part of the URL to XXX, but they are also the same. The last one is the original meeting invite URL.
All these three links could be used for every user. I think you could copy one of them or just use the meeting link.

Sorry I don't know how the Campaign Monitor works or how you want to send the join link to these users, if you could share more information about the process, I could do a further research about it. And also kindly suggest that you may contact the third-party software support for helps for the software self questions.

    Best regards,
    Lou

    Hi @JerryMeister ,

Actually the Join Link is included in the registry message:
    127474-image.png
Click the button above will open the meeting in your Teams client using the account that you already logged in. You could copy the join link and open it in browsers even in incognito window. This join link is not absolutely the only but you can still share this link to others and they could also use it to join the webinar.

And also as for the ICS file, double click(open) it and then you could add it to your calendar.

Sorry that for the second question, I do not clearly understand it because it also refers to a third party software and have beyound of the general Teams range and I did not use this software before, thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Lou
