Cannot login to my Dev Account - ********@XXXX.onmicrosoft.com

Hi Team

I have changed my iPhone a couple of months ago as my phone broke. Now I have the new phone with the Authenticator app on it. I could get my *******@domain.com account on the authenticator app and I receive the MFA codes while logging into Microsoft using my Gmail ID.

However, I cannot get the ********@xxxxx.onmicrosoft.com on the authenticator app and it does not let me get through to login to the Dev account subscription to use it well. I get stuck at the login screen. Attached the screenshot. Could someone please help me get through this situation.

    I would like to know whether your tenant have more than one Global admin. If so, please ask another admin to unregister the old device/disable the MFA setting. Supporting document for MFA: Set up multifactor authentication for users - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    If you are the only admin in your organization. In that situation, you need to contact our phone support and our Data Protection support team will further assist you to unregister the old device/reset MFA from the backend side.
