Hi there

I have been using Onenote on my samsung android phone for at least a year, maybe 2, with no problems. I also use it on my macbook. Then today i went on my phone to see Onenote was uninstalled. Since then I have reinstalled it but annoyingly none of the pages will open on my phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times and it doesn't help. I see online it is recommended to try Syncing the notebook however when I click on the Three dots it does not show the option to sync it so i don't know what to do. It has loads of helpful stuff for work in it. When i open Onenote on my computer all the pages open and it works fine

The error message on my phone is: Cannot Open Page, this page may have been moved, deleted or you may have insufficient permissions to access it .

Any ideas?

    Hello

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, you seem to be experiencing problems with OneNote running. Please correct me if I have misunderstood. As users of Microsoft products and forum support staff, we fully understand the difficulties you are currently experiencing and will do our best to help you.

In order to be able to investigate the problem further, I kindly invite you to confirm the following information with me:

    1. Are you currently unable to open all pages, if you are only unable to open a page in one notebook, can you close the current notebook and try to open other pages again, this is mainly used to troubleshoot the content formatting and other issues.
    2. Whether you can open the web version of OneNote or use a different account to log in to OneDrive on your Android device.

3.Can you log in to OneDrive and check whether your OneNote file exists.

To be clear, if you open the OneNote web end and find that it is working fine, this may be a hot issue that has been encountered recently. We've had a lot of feedback from users about this issue, and we're gathering further information on how this issue is occurring, with many users saving copies of their files and pausing or otherwise using the product at our suggestion. It is our hope that the genuine feedback from users and our collection of issues will ultimately lead to optimization and improvement of the product.

You can use a dedicated feedback platform, Ideas-Community (microsoft.com), where dedicated developers will look at your feedback and comment on it. After sending your feedback, you can share the feedback link in this forum so that other users with similar issues, including me, can vote for your feedback; the more votes you get, the more likely you are to get the attention of the development team. The more votes you get, the more likely you are to get the attention of the development team.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

    Best wishes
