One note transfer

Hi, I want a document on my one note sending over to a new account is this possible?

Many thanks for sharing!

Since Amelia Simenacz is using OneNote on Mac, I think she/he cannot login more than 1 account in OneNote for Mac at a time. In this case, she/he needs to add personal account via Connected Services.

Just click account profile image from lower-left corner in OneNote > click the plus icon (+) next to Connected Services. > then choose OneDrive and sign in personal account. (check screenshots below)

@Amelia Simenacz, you may also refer to screenshots below and try Bernd's suggestion to transfer your notebook in OneNote for Mac.

Another solution is

1. add the new account to OneNote (login)
2. create a new empty notebook in the new account
3. copy the sections from old to new

Thank you for posting back and sharing with me the detailed information.

I'd like to convey that both OneNote for Mac and OneNote on iPhone don't provide option to transfer notebooks. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Per my experience, one possible solution is to use OneNote App on Windows computer (not OneNote for Windows 10 App) to transfer notebooks from one account to another account.

If it's convenient for you, you may try to use a Windows computer, open OneNote App, sign in your account, open notebooks, firstly export them as .onepkg file, then open and save the file to your new account's OneDrive.

Or do you want to transfer a Word document attached in your notebook from one account to another account?
