Windows server network issue

Question

The server is a DC with Microsoft network teaming + fixed IP + physical server , it running few years, OS + network is stable.

It ping with return general failure suddenly.

General failure usually is network configuration change on back end side?

We’ve cross check windows event with no related network disconnect or failover event .

Any advice to troubleshoot ping general failure?

What are you pinging? what source? what target? an unedited ipconfig /all of both may be helpful.
