External Data Refresh Failed on Web Excel Version

Hi,

I have encounter the refresh issue on web excel version, tried search around but not able to find the right answer to fix.

Please help.

    Not all data refresh are supported in Excel for the web, it's depending on how your environment is configured. Please refer to this support article and check if you can refresh data in Excel desktop app:
