I create notes both on my Android tablet and on a desktop computer. Both are tied to the same 365 account. A few days ago, my tablet stopped syncing notes, but it still showed the existing notes and allowed me to create new notes. Today I realized that I wasn't seeing the last notes created on my computer. I tried to get my tablet to sync, but nothing was helping until I fixed it by signing out of my account and signing back in. Once this was done, I could not find the notes that I created on my tablet after the sync issue had started. I checked OneDrive and did not find them there. I don't actively use OneDrive, so I don't know if it was also having a sync issue.
Are notes that don't sync get saved somewhere that I can retrieve these lost notes from? Everything that I search talks about finding the notes on a desktop version of OneNote, or checking OneDrive.

Not what I was hoping to hear. So if this happens again, is there a way to save unsync'd notes if I can't get the app to sync to my account?
Unsynced notes are killed by logout.
