- Have you got some error imformation or error codes? If yes then please kindly share a complete screenshot with me so that I can do further research and tests, thanks.
- If your issue occurred in outlook desktop client, then please kindly use your account to login OWA(outlook web app)****and then check whether you also can't find it in outlook web app, thanks.
- What's your type of account?(business account within business subscription/outlook.com/hotmail.com/live.com/imap account/pop account)
