Subscription Cancellation?

I have been paying an annual subscription for a number of years but do not use many of the facilities it includes. If I cancel my subscription, will I still have access to Word, Excel, Publisher etc.? I understand I would not get any updates of new programmes which at this stage in my life I no longer need. Will I still have access to my Hotmail account? I find it is a lot of money to pay for something that I do not get many benefits from.

With Thanks

Ann Stewart

Thank you for your reply. From what you have said, you can guarantee me that if I cancel my Microsoft subscription due 20th August, I will still have access to Word, Excel and Publisher as well as my Hotmail account when I log in after this date. I understand I will no longer have access to updates but that I will still have access to all of the above. People I have spoken to have told me this is not the case so I want definite clarification from you before I go ahead and make the cancellation.

    Kind Regards
