How can I view the list of attendees that accepted a meeting invite for an event?

When I create events I add an zoom link to the event so attendees can add to their calendar. Is there a way to see who has accepted and added it to their calendar?

And what about users of New Outlook for Windows? I can't see a Tracking button any longer.

    Dear Aristocrat Art

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know the scenario you met. For this, first, I need to confirm with you whether you create event in outlook? Since you post this in Sharepoint category. So I need to double confirm with you for this.

If you are using outlook to create this, I need to check with you whether you are using classic outlook for windows/new outlook for windows/outlook for mac/outlook on the web?

If you are using classic outlook for windows, you can view the list of attendees who have accepted a meeting invite for an event in Microsoft Outlook. Here are the steps:

    1. Open the calendar in Outlook and select the event you want to view the attendees for.
    2. Click on the "Tracking" button in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
    3. The "Meeting Response" window will appear, showing you a list of all the attendees and their response status (Accepted, Declined, Tentative, or No Response).
    4. You can also click on the "View Tracking Status" button to see a more detailed view of the attendees' responses, including the date and time they responded and any comments they may have added.

Note that this feature is only available if the meeting organizer has requested responses from attendees when creating the meeting invite. Additionally, the attendees' response status will only be updated if they have responded to the meeting invite using the "Accept", "Decline", or "Tentative" buttons in the email invitation. If they have added the event to their calendar without responding, their status will not be updated in Outlook.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to let me know. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely

    Katherine

    Try this...

    Open calendar.

Double click the meeting you invited people to.

Click the Scheduling button in the meeting window.

You will be able to see who has accepted (green tick) and who has declined (red X) in the left hand column.

    Hi Katherine:

How can I do this if I am not the originator? When I follow the steps, I don't see the tracking status. Thanks very much.
