Microsoft W-9

Microsoft sends us invoices for license, and we have to keep a W-9 on file for taxation. Could someone please let me know where I can locate a Microsoft W-9 so we can have this on file?

To have this on file, I need a form that has been completed by Microsoft, not one that is blank.

    Please find a copy of the W9 form in your private message section.

    Below are the steps to open private message:

    • To View private messages option > click on Profile Picture at top of the right side > Select My Profile option --> Select View private messages.
