Can't see a certificate for DP-200 Implementing an Azure Data Solution

I given DP-200 Implementing an Azure Data Solution on 18th aug 2021 and passed that exam.
But I cant see the certificate for it. I can see the badge allotted to me for DP-200. But certificate was not available.

Could you please help on it.
