Stop form from resizing

I have a db where the main form has a hyperlink that opens a 2nd form to the right. Both forms have to be viewed at the same time so we use overlapping windows.

When the database is opened in a smaller window, the 2nd form changes size to fit so it looks like the right side is cut off, and has to be resized manually. How do I keep it from changing size?

TIA

If it's wide enough, I do see the scroll bars Otherwise it's cut off, for example, at the filter box or record selector and you have to drag the border to see the rest. If that's normal behavior, it's a terrible look.

No, not the monitor, the application "window" you see when you open the db, Maybe I don't know the right terminology?

I think that's just normal behavior. Do you see the scroll bars show up when the form is cut off?

Here's another clue: I open the db in full screen, click the hyperlink, the 2nd form looks fine.

Click the db Restore Down button before clicking the hyperlink and the right half of the 2nd form is cut off

When you say "smaller window," did you mean a smaller monitor or lower screen resolution? If so, try changing your development machine to match the lower screen settings and resize your form there.
