Subject: Reactivation Request for OneDrive Account

Dear Sir,Please find the attached screenshot illustrating that my Microsoft account is currently not valid. However, all functions in my account, including email, are still operational. To protect your privacy, I have removed the content in question.  After in-depth discussion and testing by our team, we found that the form to restore an account applies mainly to personal accounts. When we use a corporate account to restore an account, the account does not exist as well. Considering that your domain is a corporate domain, this may be due to the fact that your corporate administrator may have disabled your use of the OneDrive service under this account.We recommend that you contact your corporate administrator as soon as possible for further help and guidance. Business administrators usually have the authority to resolve such issues and may need to take specific steps to restore your access.Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance or have any other questions.Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.     Dear Maxine

    I can log in by use the domain @wanwulian.ink and both email, MS office can use properly even I use this domain email to communicate with you now. Only OneDrive cannot assess on the phone since I try to log out and log in again. For my MacBook Pro. The account have partially read, but cannot download or copy the file to other destinations. Please see the attached. Thanks!

    Dear Sir 

    Thank you for your reply. I haven’t done anything recently since this Onedrive backs up my phone’s photos. I have submitted the inquiry to the Microsoft support team, but it makes me feel strange your colleagues replied that the account does not exist. However, I keep using this account except the Onedrive, which is blocked only. I don’t know what happened, but I beg you to help me release my Onedrive. At least you give me a reason time to live all my files to other cloud services if you don’t want me to use them to back my photos. I am anxious and depressed about losing this file. Billion Thanks!

    First of all, could you please provide us with screenshots of the error report in question? These screenshots will help us understand the problem you're experiencing more accurately and provide you with a solution faster.

    Secondly, have you done anything recently that may have affected your OneDrive account? For example, changing account settings, changing your sign-in location, or trying to sign in to multiple devices.
