    Hello, Anne H_1963.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand that you currently want to transfer your Office 2016 products from your old device to your new device. Please don't worry, I will do my best to help you, it is a simple process:

    1. First, you need to sign up for a Microsoft account: click Account maken (live.com)
    2. Then you can follow what the following related support article says: Transfer your Office license to another device or another person - Microsoft Support Image
    3. Contact the support staff for the specific procedure of transferring your license to another device or another person by following the steps below:

You can follow the steps I provide below to contact support(I have taken screenshots of the key steps to make sure you are doing it correctly) You can choose to either chat with support one-on-one online or wait for a support specialist to call you back to resolve your Issues:

(One thing that needs to be explained to you is that I, as an agent of the forum, do not have the authority to help you verify or change the account directly, so as not to expose the private information to the forum, which is a platform for public sharing and communication. This information would be left with Chat Support in a separate window.)

    Contact Microsoft Support:

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    • Type in your problem in the search box there.(For instance: manage subscription.)
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category
    • On the Category tab, choose  Manage My Subscription .
    • Go to Confirm.
    • Choose to chat with a support representative or request a callback.
