I'm trying to call customer support about my problem of logging in to my admin center. Every time I call, and I get lucky and talk to a person they transfer me to the account security department and the call drops off. I tried asking if there is a direct number I can call in case the call drops again but they told me I can just call back. I tried calling back several times and the automated message doesn't connect me with a live person anymore, instead it's telling me that in order for me to get support I need to have my phone number associated to my account, which I can't log into. It's very frustrating.
I can't access the admin center for my account because it's asking for a 2FA that's a associated with an employee that no longer works for me. So how do I get customer support when calling Microsoft is the worst experience.
Can I chat with someone or email someone?
Any help in solving my problem is appreciated, thank you.
