Microsoft 365 freezing issues

Hi as the last few weeks, when opening onedrive, word, excel etc - my screens just freeze & blue turning circle just appears - it has been happening more often,

any one come across the same issues??

Version: Microsoft (Version 2404 Build 16.0.17531.20152) 64-bit

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

    I understand your concern and I would like to let you know that I am using the same version as you are using at my end, where I didn’t encounter or hear the similar issue as you are facing.

    In this situation, I would like to suggest to launch Office apps in the Safe Mode and check the outcome: Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC - Microsoft Support

    If still having the issue, I would like to suggest you perform Online Repair to the Office apps: Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support

    If nothing works, we are sorry and request you to share the following information which will help us to better understand and guide you further:

    1. Office App Account page: Open the PowerPoint presentation> File> Account> Take a screenshot and share it with us.
    2. Does the same problem happens when you are working on the specific files or any files including the new file?
    3. Does the problem happens after the recent Office apps update?
    4. Do other users in your organization has reported similar issue?
