Is there a way to offset tasks in Projects Online? Eg. have a task start 5 days prior to another task finishing?
I can't see anything online about this. Seems like a big feature to be missing so I am hoping I am just not seeing it!

No, Project Plan 1 should be sufficient. Please share a screenshot of what it looks like when you click in a cell in the Depends (after) column. That would help us to troubleshoot your problem. Thanks!
Hi Dale,
Thank you for your response. I am using Project Plan 1 and do not see this feature. Do I need to be using Project Plan 3?
Thanks.

From your description, it sounds like you are using Planner Premium (formerly known as Project for the Web). In your situation, you are describing a Finish to Start dependency with 5 days of Lead time. To specify this dependency, click in the Depends (after) field, and then click the |> symbol at the right end of the task to which you want to set the dependency. Planner Premium will display dialog like the following. Select the Finish to Start item, set the Delay Type to Lead By, and then set the Span to 5 days. Click the Add button to set the dependency. Hope this helps.
