The following is an official statement, which indicates that you can try to use Online Repair and reinstall Microsoft 365 to complete the repair effect:
If this doesn't help, then you can remove all traces of your Office installation by downloading fixit from the following article. Save it to your computer, then run it.
Then, log in with your registered email address www.office.com/myaccount Reinstall Office, then find Office home and student 2019 under Services and Subscriptions– select Install.
Before deleting the Office installation, make sure you can log in to your account and that OFFICE is associated with it. In addition, here is an offline installation package for your Office 2019 home and student. Click on the download and it will automatically launch in the browser.
