was invited by family member to join his office subscription , after installing office but still cannot use

    Try signing in with the e-mail address for your account (usually outlook.com or hotmal.com).

    Hi,

    Message appeared - most of the excel features have been disabled : To reactivate

    Next message - 3 options : Buy - I want to renew or buy office , Enter key - I have a product key , Sign in - Add this computer to an active account

    Already installed office from the family invitation and message was installation successful but still cannot use office

    Kindly advise

    Understand that you are experiencing problems with Office, for your problem:  First check the status of your Office subscription by logging in to  https://account.microsoft.com/account  To determine if you have successfully joined the family subscription.In addition, if you still can't use Office after installing it, do you have any error messages, if convenient, you can provide us with specific error screenshots. So that we can locate the problem more accurately.
