To further narrow down the issue can you provide the below information.
- Can you provide more details about the missing data its single file or folder?
- May I know when your data is got missing
- Did you check the recycle bin and second stage recycle bin?
If your not please go to Microsoft 365 >> OneDrive >> recycle bin / second stage recycle bin.
If your file is unable to locate in recycle bin you have to open a ticket to our support team. Our support engineer will restore files from server level.
If you are the Microsoft 365 admin of your organization, you can sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support. Otherwise, please refer to How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
Please note that there is a time limitation if more quicker your follow the steps more possible to recover missing data.
